The Key to Balance in Workforce Planning: Human Resources Analytics

چکیده

Amaç: İnsan Kaynakları metrikleri, bir işletmenin insan kaynakları uygulamalarının ne kadar verimli, etkili ve etkin olduğunu ele alan operasyonel ölçümlerdir. Bilgi Üniversitesi Yönetimi Yüksek Lisans Programı’nda proje çalışması olarak hazırlanan bu makalenin amacı, analitiğinin tanımı gelişim süreci, günümüz iş gücü analitiği formüllerinin kavramsal alınarak sektörel bazlı kullanım örnekleri verilmesidir.
 
 Tasarım/Yöntem: İlgili yazında yer araştırma yayınlar incelenmiştir.
 Sonuçlar: metrikleri konusunda ilgili bilgiler mevcut uygulamalara genel bakış sağlayan uygulamadaki ilerlemelerin İK ölçümlerinin yetenek kullanımını nasıl daha büyük gerekliliği haline getirdiğini ortaya koymaktadır.
 Özgün Değer: alanında yeni kavram olan bilgi vermeyi amaçlayan çalışmanın yazına katkı sağlayacağı araştırmacılara kaynak oluşturacağı düşünülmektedir.
